Through long standing collaborations with the Adelaide Proteomics Centre (University of Adelaide) and the group of Professor Dr. D.H. Nies. At Institute for Biology/Microbiology Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, we conduct state-of-the –art project to characterise the genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic responses of microbiota to toxic heavy metals.
